THE PAUL WALKER FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP
A scholarship that does good
We are proud to announce Daran Towns as the 2023 Paul Walker Foundation Award and Scholarship recipient. This scholarship is in recognition of her hard work and exceptional dedication to our mission of doing good.
As a volunteer at the Monterey Bay Aquarium and the Aquarium of the Pacific, Daran has contributed to her community by supporting marine life and educating her friends and family about the importance of ocean conservation.
"Growing up in the valley made me realize that there are so many people out there with no ocean education and I want to help bridge the gap, starting with my own community! I can’t wait to further the foundation's mission of education and doing good in the world. I am so blessed, honored, and overjoyed to receive the 2023 Paul Walker Foundation Award and Scholarship."

Scholars receive a grant to pursue studies that help them do good in their communities and beyond.
Making an Impact
The Paul Walker Foundation provides a platform for scholars to share their journeys and stories.
Application Process
Applicants will submit a short essay (max 300 words) explaining how they make an impact and do good.

Applications are free and can be submitted online. Check back in 2024 for more details.
